I SAW FT ISLAND PERFORM LIVE BEFORE MY VERY OWN SPARKLING & MESMERIZED EYES. MARCH 9th, 2012. L.A. Stand Up Concert, Nokia.

I’m not gna lie to you…I originally learned Korean in order to understand FT Island….and here I was…understanding 95% of what this nerdy spazzy, attention whoring, English impaired, Korean speaking Honggi was saying <3

I have to say that my favorite part of the concert was when he sang Lovesick. I was praying that he would sing at least one ballad from the trifecta of debut perfection: Thunder, Lovesick & Until You Return (<–my fave)
I cannot even count have many hundreds maybe even thousands of times I have played these songs to get me happily through my rough days. So when Honggi sang this:

I seriously just lost my sanity. I lost it.
I knew every brilliant word. I sang along so loud XDD I'd been sick for 3 weeks and was just beginning to recover…and then I killed it hahaha xD IT WAS WORTH IT. omg. I totally died over and over again. Every beautiful word…I just T___T *___*

I was annoyed by ppl filming and not enjoying the concert…but honestly…the concert was so surreal to me (I couldn't believe I was ACTUALLY FINALLY there) that it really felt like I was just watching youtube from home LOL. sad.
I guess I'll have to thank the fan girls for posting xD and filming~

i like that verse cuz i had to memorize it and my teacher taught it to me in song form so it was a hundred times easier to remember [obviously, cuz i still know it]. Also, i dont know where my life is headed but I will trust in God to lead me to a place we both like.

and seriously, I Corinthians 10:13, “No temptation has seized you except what is common to man. And God is faithful; He will not let you be tempted beyond what you can bear. But when you are tempted, He will also provide a way out so that you can stand up under it.”

I just wanted to let you readers know that God loves you. and that i honestly think that love is the most important thing on the planet.

i know bad things happen, but this world is not perfect, it is full of sin…and God won’t come until everyone has had a chance, so why dont we help spread it? Why dont we practice what we preach?

if i was HK’s mother or anyone’s from fti i’d cuss out the management for making my son be hospitalized from exhaustion. i’d drag his ass home for a week and baby him. and if i decided to return him i would remind them a thousand times that he is NOT A SLAVE! wtf management.

“FTISLAND’s vocalist Lee HongKi finally visited the emergency room and was hospitalized. With the recent continous schedule and fatigue, Lee HongKi was overworked. Because of this, LeeHongKi, with the help of his agency, was hospitalized at Seoul Gangnam JongHab Hospital on the afternoon of the 30th. The agency said that the members were exhausted from the gayo programs and concerts. However, lee hongki was suffering the most so he was hospitalized first. He will remain in the hospital New Year’s Day and when he recovers, he will leave for Japan.
FT ISLAND is planning a concert for 1/2/09 in Tokyo. Fans asked to cancel the Japan concert but because the tickets are already sold, the agency can’t cancel the concert.
FT ISLAND performed 2008 SBS GayoDaeJeon and while singing ‘After Love, Women dont know, and Heaven,’ Lee Hongki lost his voice. Because of his voice, he missed beats of the songs and skipped many phrases frm the songs.
FTISLAND had planned a good performance but because they had been performing continuously at their ’2008 FTISLAND-2nd Island’ concert during 12/25,12/27 & 12/28 and the neverending end f the year events, it seems as though LeeHngKi has lost his voice. His agency suggested that he visit the hospital earlier but he didnt want to because he thought he would miss his January performances. He is currently having a hard time but is recovering. He said that he is disappointed because he couldn’t give the fans the best performance that he could’ve given. :/”
